Why can I only order in groups of 3 trays?
To ensure that your order arrives undamaged, we have noticed that 3 is the optimal number of trays per box. That has to do with how it fits in 1 box and any shifts on the way to you if it is sent with the delivery service. In this way we can deliver the quality you are used to from us.
From 1 July 2021, a deposit will be charged on all PET bottles in the Netherlands. So also on the bottles of I am Superwater. We do not have collection points ourselves where you can return it, but it can simply be returned to your local supermarket in the area. For example, hand in the bottles at the collection points of Jumbo, Albert Heijn or Hoogvliet and you will receive the deposit back at the cash register, just as if you bought it there.
Please note: when you pay for your order on iamsupershop.com, the deposit may be displayed in English as “deposit” (in Dutch: “statiegeld”).
We offer 2 different subscriptions, see below what you will receive for which subscription.
If you have opted for the monthly subscription, you will receive the below every month from when you first ordered. So if you have entered into the subscription on January 1st, you will receive the following again on February 1st. This will continue until you cancel the subscription.
- Every 2 weeks
If you have opted for the ‘every 2 weeks’ subscription, you will receive the following every 2 weeks from when you first ordered. So if you have entered into the subscription on January 1st, you will receive the following again on January 15th. This will continue until you cancel the subscription.
3 trays I Am Superwater – 330ml PET X 12
This is every 2 weeks or every month, depending on which subscription you take.
Payment will be made every 2 weeks or every month, depending on which subscription you have taken. The costs consist of 3 trays of I Am Superwater – 330ml PET X 12 + shipping costs + deposit. You can see the prices at checkout, this because they differ per country.
If you want to cancel the subscription, you can do that easily. To be able to cancel the subscription, you must be logged in to the account with which you entered into the subscription. Once you are logged in, you can click on the account icon at the top right, then you will be taken to the dashboard of your account. On the left side of the menu you have to click on ‘My Subscription’. Once you have clicked on this you can see your current subscription. From here it is very easy to stop the subscription. Click on ‘cancel’ and then your subscription is cancelled.
