It is difficult to give an exact shelf life, because the shelf life depends on various factors. For example, the temperature and the extent to which the opened bottle is exposed to sunlight. In order to keep the shelf life as high as possible and the quality at its best, it is recommended to close the bottle immediately after consumption and store it in a cool place. This also keeps the pH value high for the longest time.
